📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for facade construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
- Analyze project specifications, materials, labor, and equipment costs to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that estimates are in line with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Review and approve change orders, subcontract agreements, and other documentation related to project costs.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect any changes in scope or costs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to facade construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on facade systems.
- Proficiency in using Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Excel, and SAP for cost estimation and project management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to Bali.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and best practices for facade systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
