📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Stocking and organizing medical supplies, equipment, and devices in our store.
• Assisting customers with product selection, ensuring they find the right medical solutions for their needs.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using our in-house inventory management system.
• Processing customer orders and transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient checkout.
• Promoting our products and services through in-store displays and customer engagement.
• Collaborating with our sales team to drive sales and achieve our targets.
• Ensuring compliance with store policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, equipment, and supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
