In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software,Monitor and maintain network and server performance,Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems,Backup and restore data as needed,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives,Document IT processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in system administration,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network protocols and technologies,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
