📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Support the Training Officer in the development and delivery of training materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to participants.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the successful execution of training activities.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets and schedules.,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
