📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.,Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they align with the budget and financial goals.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
