📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of guests and staff.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Organize and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Handle vehicle bookings and reservations, ensuring they are filled and managed efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Generate and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
