Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle HR documentation and reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good organizational and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes
