📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions for Heavy Equipment Operator positions.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including technical assessments and practical tests for Heavy Equipment Operators.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align candidate qualifications with job requirements.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to join our team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
