Rejeki Hendra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for selling our premium coffee products to various customers, including cafes, restaurants, and retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our brand in Palopo.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential and existing customers in Palopo.,Visit and prospect new customers, present our products, and negotiate sales.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to support the company's growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
