Bold Life Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Gresik. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management practices.
