📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.,Providing guidance and support to employees on compliance and risk management issues.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
