📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet the required standards.,Collaborate with the HR department to design and implement training initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
