In this role, you’ll work closely with our in-house pattern makers, seamstresses, and digital designers using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CAD software such as Gerber Accumark. You’ll develop mood boards, sketch concepts, and oversee the entire design-to-production pipeline, ensuring our collections meet the highest quality standards. Bali’s unique cultural influences and stunning landscapes will inspire your work, creating pieces that resonate with both local and international audiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and execute seasonal collections that align with Geulis.id’s brand vision and market trends.
• Create detailed design concepts, including sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings, using Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software.
• Collaborate with pattern makers and seamstresses to ensure accurate garment construction and quality control.
• Work closely with the digital design team to develop digital assets for e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Manage the design budget and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Attend fashion shows, industry events, and trade fairs to showcase Geulis.id’s collections and network with key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies in the menswear sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in menswear design.
• Proven track record of leading successful design projects and teams in the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of menswear designs, with a focus on both traditional and contemporary styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CAD software such as Gerber Accumark.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of designers.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian cultural influences and the ability to incorporate them into modern menswear designs.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry’s supply chain, including working with pattern makers, seamstresses, and digital designers.
• Ability to travel frequently for fashion shows, industry events, and trade fairs.
