Pacific Power is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess employee training needs and develop appropriate training materials.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
