🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and industry developments.
