📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the power tool industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
