Global Banking is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of production management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our production operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with production teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.,Manage and mentor production staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Handle production scheduling and resource allocation.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
