Kuehne & Nagel is seeking a dedicated Road Logistics Customer Care & Operations Specialist to join our City Zone Express team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our logistics services. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met, while also ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.,Manage the day-to-day operations of our logistics services, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.,Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain our logistics systems and software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of logistics operations and customer satisfaction levels.,Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or customer service industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of shipments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external customers.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred.
