📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising staff.,Handle all administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition.,Assist in the planning and organization of meetings, events, and other office activities.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment, promoting a productive and comfortable workspace.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative documents.,Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Administration or related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
