📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of general insurance and claims processes,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients,Conduct regular audits and reviews of insurance policies and claims,Develop and implement strategies to improve insurance and claims processes,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance services,Monitor and analyze insurance and claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Provide training and support to junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance and claims management,Strong knowledge of general insurance products and claims processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using insurance software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
