📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT-related topics.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
