PRISM Unggul is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

This is a full-time position located in Ciputat, Banten, with a competitive salary package of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals,Identify and analyze training needs and develop solutions to address them,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Develop and maintain a strong network of external trainers and consultants to support the organization's learning and development needs,Facilitate and moderate training sessions and workshops

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools
