📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols and standards.,Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring they meet performance standards and receive adequate training.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and efficient patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
