📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and oversee the construction of solar energy projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate solar systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar energy construction or related projects.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, including PV systems, energy storage, and grid integration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainability principles.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
