📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain and update all software and operating systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the effective and efficient operation of all IT systems.,Document all IT processes and procedures to ensure they are clear, concise, and easily accessible to all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
