📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
