• Manage and lead a team of bartenders to ensure exceptional beverage service.
• Develop and implement beverage programs, including cocktail menus and wine lists.
• Train and develop bartenders to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.
• Innovate and bring new ideas to the beverage menu to keep it fresh and exciting.
• Collaborate with chefs and other F&B staff to create a seamless dining experience.
• Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bar Leader, Bartender, or similar role in a premium hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of bartenders.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in food and beverage safety (e.g., SCP, SAFE Certification) is a plus.
• Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service.
