📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to customers, ensuring they receive the most appropriate treatment and medication.
• Manage prescriptions, including reviewing, compounding, and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers about their medication, including dosage, side effects, and potential interactions.
• Monitor medication adherence and provide reminders and follow-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical developments and industry trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid practice license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software, such as Rhapsody or Epic.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
