📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize asset utilization and lifespan
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of company assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct regular asset inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms for asset acquisitions and maintenance contracts
• Implement cost-saving measures by identifying underutilized or obsolete assets for disposal or reallocation
• Provide regular reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, and ROI to senior management
• Train and mentor junior staff on asset management best practices and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, facility management, or similar roles in logistics or industrial settings
• Proven track record of managing assets worth at least IDR 50 billion
• Strong knowledge of asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Certification in asset management or facility management is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize asset performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing asset records and maintenance schedules
