Junior Accountant - Entry-Level Accounting Position in Bali

PT Bali Home Habitat is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Badung, Bali. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. As a Junior Accountant, you'll work closely with our senior team members to ensure accurate financial records, prepare monthly financial statements, and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and assisting with the preparation of tax returns. You will work with our accounting software, QuickBooks, and other financial tools to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the finance industry
