In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate customs declarations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You'll work with a variety of clients, including international businesses and individuals, helping them to import and export goods to and from Indonesia. This role offers a competitive salary of MYR 2000 - 2500 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for import/export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and procedures.
• Assist clients with the customs clearance process, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate records of customs declarations and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient customs clearance processes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our customs declaration processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs declaration or a related role.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures in Indonesia.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing customs declarations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
