📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our luxury properties in Bali.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that our projects are marketed effectively.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our properties.
• Utilize a range of digital and traditional marketing channels to reach potential buyers.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
• Report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the local and international real estate market in Bali.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
