📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
- Operate the POS system (Toast) to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Take and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide excellent table service, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking and restocking.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front of house or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
