Mandiri Bangun Sukses Sejahtera (MBSS Group), a leading construction and interior design company in Bali, is seeking an experienced Interior & Furniture Estimator to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, or Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of interior and furniture projects, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their investment.

As an Interior & Furniture Estimator at MBSS Group, you will work closely with our project managers, architects, and interior designers to develop detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial projects. You will use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office to create and manage project estimates. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior and furniture projects using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and interior designers to ensure that estimates are in line with project goals and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the accuracy of cost estimates and identify any potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients, explaining the rationale behind the estimates and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving strategies to ensure that our estimates are competitive and accurate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for interior and furniture projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and market conditions in Bali.
• Certification in cost estimation or a related field is a plus.
